Workplace Wellbeing Workshops
A Framework That Supports People and Culture
Our workplace wellbeing workshops are designed around our wellbeing framework integrating six evidence‑based pillars that support psychological, emotional and physical health. Each workshop draws on one or more of these pillars, tailored to the needs of your organisation. Depending on the session, we may also bring in specialist practitioners, such as movement coaches, nutrition experts or creative facilitators, to deepen the experience and ensure participants receive high‑quality, expert‑led guidance. This approach strengthens both personal wellbeing and workplace culture by helping participants:
Core Program Benefits
1) Preparation
Complete the contact form with your workplace’s areas of interest. After your enquiry is received, we’ll start shaping a tailored workshop around those priorities.
2) Consultation
Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable time for a 30 minute video consultation. This conversation helps us understand your workplace needs in more detail, with a focus on collaboration and tailoring the right support.
3) Delivery
The consultant will arrive ahead of time to set up the space, prepare all required materials, and coordinate any additional requirements with onsite staff. This ensures the workshop begins smoothly and the environment is fully optimised for participant engagement.
What’s Included in Each Workshop
Each workplace wellbeing workshop includes a structured blend of evidence‑based learning, guided reflection, and practical skill‑building. Sessions begin with a clear overview of the wellbeing pillar being explored, establishing a shared understanding before moving into applied learning. Participants engage in interactive activities designed to translate concepts into real workplace situations, helping them recognise patterns, practise new skills, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
Depending on the workshop, we may incorporate facilitated discussions, scenario‑based learning, or short practical exercises that strengthen psychological, emotional, and physical wellbeing. These elements ensure the session remains engaging, relevant, and grounded in everyday organisational realities. Every workshop concludes with actionable takeaways that staff can immediately apply in their roles, supporting meaningful behavioural change and contributing to a healthier, more connected workplace culture.
Onsite Requirements
To ensure the workshop runs smoothly, your workplace will provide:
MEETING SPACE
A comfortable room with enough desks and chairs for everyone to sit, write and take part in the activities. The space should allow people to work easily, see the presentation and stay engaged without feeling crowded.
SCREEN
The session uses a visual presentation, so a screen with the ability to connect to a laptop is required. HDMI or wireless connection is fine, as long as the presentation can be displayed clearly for the group.
AUDIO
Some light audio support is helpful so everyone can hear clearly throughout the session. Most meeting rooms already have this available, but a small speaker or in‑room audio connection works well to ensure the group can follow along without strain.
Optional Add‑On: Healthy Catering Partnership
Elevate your workplace wellbeing workshop experience with nourishing, wellbeing‑aligned catering designed to support energy, focus and participant engagement throughout the day. We partner with a trusted, well‑established health‑focused catering provider, and our team manages the entire process on your behalf, from coordinating menus to ensuring all dietary requirements are covered. Nutrition is a core pillar of our wellbeing framework, and this add‑on allows organisations to reinforce that pillar in a tangible, memorable way. Our catering partner accommodates groups of all sizes and offers inclusive options for every dietary need, ensuring participants feel supported, cared for and able to fully engage in the workshop experience.
