About Complete Wellness Collective

Complete Wellness Collective is an evidence based wellbeing consultancy offering workplace, community, and individual programs that strengthen psychological, emotional, social and physical wellbeing. Our work is grounded in practical, research informed frameworks designed to support real people in real environments, without jargon, trends, or performative wellness. We focus on creating learning experiences that are accessible, human, and genuinely useful, ensuring every program feels relevant to the realities people face at work, at home, and within their communities. Our programs are designed to be interactive and are full of individual and group activities with participants always at the forefront of our delivery.

We partner with organisations and community groups to deliver programs that build clarity, connection, and resilience, while supporting individuals with structured, human centred wellbeing guidance. Our approach is shaped by a commitment to integrity, evidence, and meaningful impact. We believe wellbeing grows through practical tools, supportive environments, and opportunities for people to understand themselves and each other more deeply. This page shares the purpose behind our work, the values that guide our decisions, and the principles that shape how we show up in every space we work within.

FOUNDER’S NOTE

Complete Wellness Collective was created from a simple belief: people grow best when they feel supported, understood and equipped with practical tools that genuinely help them move forward. My path into this work has been shaped by years of professional experience, formal training and my own personal growth, and all of these experiences influence the way I support individuals, teams and communities today.

I began my career in the corporate sector, spending a decade in banking and finance across leadership, coaching, relationship management and facilitation. Those years taught me how people think, communicate and perform under pressure. They also showed me how deeply wellbeing, confidence and psychological safety influence the way people show up, not just at work but in every part of their lives. Over time, I realised that what I valued most wasn’t the business outcomes. It was helping people understand themselves, navigate challenges and build the skills that allow them to thrive.

That realisation led me to formalise my training. I completed a double degree in Psychological and Social Sciences, which shaped the foundation of my approach. Psychology helped me understand the internal world, including cognition, emotion, behaviour and the evidence‑based strategies that support personal change. Social Science helped me understand the external world, including the systems, environments and social forces that influence how people live, work and relate to one another. Together, these disciplines taught me that people are shaped by both their inner experiences and the environments around them, and that meaningful support must acknowledge both.

Alongside my academic training, I gained hands‑on experience in aged care, community work and evidence‑based psychological programs for children and young people. I also volunteer as a Lifeline Crisis Supporter, where I have learned the importance of steadiness, presence and genuine human connection in moments that matter.

My own personal growth journey sits underneath all of this. I have navigated the same transitions, pressures and identity shifts that many people experience, including rebuilding confidence, redefining direction and learning how to move through change with clarity and self‑respect. That lived experience keeps my work grounded, real and deeply human.

Complete Wellness Collective brings all of these threads together. It reflects my belief that wellbeing is not a trend or a luxury. It is a skillset. And when people have the right skills, they show up differently in every part of their lives.

This is why I do this work. I want to create spaces where people feel safe to learn, confident to grow and equipped with practical tools that genuinely help them move forward.
