INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION — COMPLETE WELLNESS FRAMEWORK

Purpose: To formally document and protect the intellectual property, methodology, structure, content, and visual identity of the Complete Wellness Framework when shared with organisations, partners, clients, or participants.

All intellectual property associated with the Complete Wellness Framework, including its structure, methodology, diagrams, written content, visual identity, colour palette, delivery materials, and conceptual architecture, remains the exclusive property of Complete Wellness Collective. This includes all workshop content, slides, diagrams, written descriptions, guided practices, exercises, and any derivative materials created as part of the framework.

No part of the Complete Wellness Framework may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, reverse‑engineered, translated, digitised, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from Complete Wellness Collective. Ownership of all intellectual property remains solely with the author, regardless of delivery format or context.

The client or organisation is granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the framework solely for the purpose of participating in the workshop or program delivered by Complete Wellness Collective. This licence does not permit further use, reproduction, distribution, or delivery of the framework beyond the agreed scope of the session.

The client or organisation may not copy, reproduce, or store the framework in any form; use the methodology to create their own programs; share materials with third parties; modify or adapt the content; deliver the framework without the author present; or claim ownership or authorship of any part of the framework. All materials, concepts, and methodologies shared during the program are confidential and may not be disclosed to external parties.

Participation in the workshop or program does not grant the client or organisation any ongoing rights to use, reproduce, or deliver the Complete Wellness Framework beyond the specific session delivered by Complete Wellness Collective. No implied licence is created through attendance, access, or delivery of the program.

All intellectual property, confidentiality, and prohibited‑use obligations survive the completion of the workshop or program and remain in effect indefinitely.
